We are pleased to announce the installation of new high-capacity pre-heat ovens at our Cibinong workshop. These ovens are capable of reaching temperatures up to 800°C, enabling precise thermal preparation of bit bodies prior to the brazing process.
Proper pre-heating of the bit body is a critical step in the PDC bit repair process. It ensures optimal bonding of brazing materials to the matrix body, reduces thermal stress, and improves the longevity of the repair.
The new ovens directly improve our ability to deliver consistently high-quality repairs for all bit types — PDC, Tri-Cone, Stabilizers, and Aero Reamers — meeting the stringent requirements of our clients in the Oil & Gas and Geothermal sectors.
